Mission:- To provide accurate, timely, and reliable financial information, services, and advice to support the Office strategic objectives, while ensuring transparency, accountability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Salary Unity:-
* Preparation of monthly staff salary
* Updating of deductions and other activities on staff salary.
* Preparation of pay register of the salary of staff for easy reconciliation with the staff salary records with the office of Accountant-General.
* Preparation of individual pay records, update the variation list.
OTHER CHARGES:-
* Preparation of and submission of monthly, quarterly and annual general purpose Financial Statement (GPFS) to the office of Accountant-General’s Office.
* Preparation of the Financial Statement of the Ministry through all the primary book of entry and submit same to the external Auditors on monthly and yearly basis preparation of quarterly, by annual and annual budget implementation appraisal of the ministry as other activities as may directed.
